Fees are applied to every accepted paper. At least one registration fee must be paid by May 15th, 2026, enabling the paper to be included in the Conference Program and published in Elsevier SCOPUS and ISI-indexed proceedings.

To access special rates, participants must provide membership evidence from any of the above associations*, be a full-time student, and present a student ID at registration.
Standard and Special Registrations Include (presenting author)

One registration gives the right to one author to present one paper/poster and its publication. The publication and presentation of a maximum of two additional papers is possible under the extra payment per paper of 300 EUR (each extra paper) only, and if the principal author is the same in all papers (1st author in all papers).
Papers have a maximum length of 8 pages, and each additional page corresponds to the payment of 60 EUR.
For additional authors and accompanying persons, add to the registration form the following extras:
- Accompanying Persons for lunch: 50 EUR each.
- Accompanying Persons for coffee breaks: 70 EUR total.
- Accompanying Persons for Welcome Cocktail or Farewell Cocktail: 50 EUR Per Person and Event.
- Accompanying Persons for the Gala Dinner: 75 EUR Per Person and Event. (very exclusive restaurant and seats are limited)
*Accommodation @ the Hotel Vila Galé Collection São Miguel is not included.
*Discounts are offered to members of the Scientific Committee, and three complete reviews have been submitted.

A written request for cancellation (by email) will be accepted until April 30, 2026.
Note: Anticipated invoicing instead of receipt as proof of payment might result in delays that impact Early and Late Dates with a direct influence on the Fee.
